MysteryCorgi
Visual Novel Developer
Introduction
My name is Morgana and I am a visual novel developer.I feel strongly about visual novels and am also passionate about video games as a story telling medium. I also believe strongly in representation in video games as well as supporting my fellow creators. When it comes to creating video games and visual novels I have taken on various roles, including: scripting, programming, music composition, sprite art, third party mediation, video editing, and writing. After more than 10 years of experience, I have learned that I am best suited to the following roles: proofreader, editor, sensitivity reader, narrative design consultant, UI and graphic design, accessibility consultant, and general production consultant.I am generally available Monday-Thursday each week. I am not always able to respond as quickly as I'd normally like to, so I appreciate your patience. You can contact me via the following:

Terms of Service
In order to protect both parties, I rely on contractual agreements for each commission. These agreements are tailored to each client and specify the assigned tasks, the payment arrangement, along with IP rights and other details as necessary. Work will only begin once the contract is agreed upon and signed by both parties.I I will provide finished deliverables in relevant file formats: PNG, .PSD, PDF, etc.
I will also give the client appropriate information regarding the licenses relating to any fonts or textures used in the final product.Any projects that use my work must include my information in the credits. I reserve the right to use the finished project in my portfolio. I will not share any assets until I am given explicit permission to do so.
Regarding Blockchain, NFTs, and "AI"
Please note my contracts include Anti-NFT, anti-Blockchain, and anti-"AI" (Generative Machine Learning such as GPT and LLM) clauses.I refuse to be associated with projects reliant on the aforementioned technology. These may have been conceptually beneficial tools in a vacuum, but in reality the inherent developmental flaws and half-baked public rollout has ensured that these tools are too volatile to be relied upon. From a business perspective I find the legal, operational, and reputational risks far outweigh any perceived benefits. From a personal standpoint I find the hype surrounding these technologies to be overblown, the results to be underwhelming, and the ethical failings repugnant.
Payment Information
My rates are tailored to each project. I am flexible and can be paid either hourly rates or a lump sum per project. Once negotiations are complete, I will send the client an invoice. For projects that have a lump sum cost estimate, I accept partial payment up front and the rest upon completion. For hourly rates, the invoice will be sent once the work is completed and I get approval from the client. My preferred payment processor is Wise, but please let me know if there is another payment processor that would work better for you.The following prices are in $USD. I am more than happy to adjust my rates for overseas clients based on currency exchange rates whenever feasible. My hourly rates start at $20 per hour, with a minimum of 2 billable hours to cover the costs of operation, unless otherwise specified. I use time tracking software to report the duration of the hours work to clients.General rates per deliverable:
